Author eligibility

You have to be from somewhere without visa-free or visa-on- arrival access to Dubai.

Your Dubai layover has to be more than eight hours.

Required Documents

duplicate of your passport.

Passport-sized white backdrop photo.

Flight tickets displaying your whole journey path, say Country A → Dubai → Country B.

valid third country visa (if necessary).

Images of the first and last pages of the passport including a picture on a white backdrop for Indian citizens.

Other Nationalities: Full-page passport photo including any correction pages, if relevant. Additionally required is a picture against a white background.

Processing expenses not refundable should the visa be denied.

Cancelling Policy

For a complete refund (excluding from service charges), cancellation requests must be received at least seven days before travel.

Less than seven days before travel will result in a fifty percent cancellation fee.

No-Show: Failure to cancel or show up for the visa application process does not warrant reimbursements.

Refunds: handled within ten to fifteen working days using the original payment method.
