At Jay Enterprises, Quality control is one of the top priorities to ensure that our products are of top quality and meet or exceed all customers’ expectations.

At all stages of production, there are stringent quality checks as per the applicable international standards and the Quality Assurance plan.

CERTIFICATION

Being a manufacturer, we are able to Offer EN 10204 type 3.1 certification on request Along with our supplies.

We can also offer Third party Inspection on request.

TESTING

Following is a brief List of material testing available for our supplied products

1. NACE MR 0175/ISO 15156-compliant material is available.
2. Chemical, Mechanical & Hardness testing.
3. Pressure testing Up to 7250 PSI (500 BAR) is available in-house.
4. Intergranular Corrosion testing as per ASTM A262
5. Pitting corrosion testing as per ASTM G48.
6. SSCC test as per NACE TM0177.
7. Radiography test.
8. Dye penetrant testing.
9. Any other test on request.
