How Does CNC Milling Works?
CNC milling is a form of subtractive manufacturing where a block of metal or plastic material is fixed in place and then milled by a CNC machine following programmed G-code instructions to create precise parts from the raw material.
The final product of plastic machining retains visible tool marks, while metal parts offer a wider range of finishing options such as anodizing and chromate plating. Once the production run is finished and the desired surface finish is applied, the parts are promptly packaged and shipped.
