Car accidents involving drunk driving may cause death
A man recently lost his life in a motor vehicle crash in Arizona, while two others were injured. When such accidents result from reckless behavior like drunk driving, they may lead to legal action.
The crash occurred along Interstate 10 around 12:20 a.m. on a Friday. Police reported that a car with two occupants had stopped on the freeway for an unknown reason when another car rear-ended it. The passenger in the stopped vehicle was killed, the driver of that car suffered critical injuries, and the driver of the rear-ending car also sustained severe injuries. Both drivers were found to be impaired by alcohol at the time, and the driver who caused the accident has been charged with manslaughter.
