Rotary Vial Washer
Rotary Vial Washer, also known as a rotary vial washing machine, is made specifically to wash vials while minimizing machine parts’ contact with the vials, adhering to cGMP regulations. Positive vial washing is ensured by a machine with a specially built Gripper system that holds the vials from the neck, inverts them until the washing process is complete, and then releases the vial on the outfeed feedworm system in a vertical position. The machine can clean vials ranging from 2 ml to 100 ml with the use of replacement parts.
When filling and packing pharmaceuticals, complete sanitation and hygienic conditions are crucial. This is especially true when injectables are loaded into glass vials. Before an injectable vial is placed in the sterile filling chamber, it must be completely sterile. The pioneer of high-tech pharmaceutical equipment, Adinath, provides a highly accurate vial washer that satisfies modern, strict sterility and hygiene requirements.
Vial infeeds by means of a feedworm. Using a specifically made Gripper and Star Wheel, the vial is held from the neck, inverted, and moved further on a rotating moving system to complete the washing operation. Once the needle enters the vial neck, the vials travel in a neck-down position above the cleaning needles and move in tandem with the needle bar to ensure the maximum amount of washing time. Machine with six standard washing stations, each with six needles for optimal cleaning; the order can be altered to suit the needs of the customer. For the best possible vial washing, the machine also has an exterior wash. In this machine, we have two distinct models. The AVRW-240 High Speed Vial Washing Machine was able to produce up to 200 vials per minute, while the AVRW-120 Automatic Vial Washing Machine could produce up to 100 vials per minute. The capacity of the automatic and high-speed vial washers is from 2 ml to 100 ml. For vial washing machine validation and replacement parts, we offer extended support.
