Column Internals -Structured Packing
In a Structured packing, material is arranged in a specific way to follow the mass transfer operation
more efficiently. Structured packing is widely used in Distillation Column, Chemical reactors and
absorption towers also. Thin corrugated metal plates consisting in it is designed to forcing and
passing fluids through more disturbances on its way throughout the column. The design purpose is
intended to ultimately produce a large surface area for contact between different phases of fluids.
Various Internals what we offer along with structured packing are as follows,
 Channel type Distributor
 Liquid Distributor VEP
 Liquid Distributor-Trough type
 Pipe Type Liquid Distributor
 Chimney Tray
 Liquid Distributor Cum Collector
Column Internals - Random Packing
Random Packing is directly dumped into the distillation column to achieve the required surface area
where fluids contacts with each other to get efficient mass transfer operation. It’s used in
distillation, stripping, carbon dioxide scrubbing and Liquid-liquid extraction. Basically, Random
packing is used to allow contact between 2 fluids such as liquid with gas or with liquid-liquid
contact. The packing selected should offer large surface area to achieve optimum surface area and
effective mass transfer. Various Internals what we offer along with random packing are as follows,

· Liquid Distributor
 Channel Type
 Antenna Type
 Pan distributor
 Bed Limiter
 Multi Beam support
Application Areas of Column Internal
 Organic chemicals
 Petrochemicals
 Drug And Dye Intermediates
 Pharmaceuticals
 Aromatic And Essential Oils
 Agrochemicals
 Pesticides And Fertilizers
 Alcohols
 Oil And Gas Industries
