In a remarkable show of support, more than 24,000 members of the Indian diaspora have registered for a major community event featuring Prime Minister Narendra Modi, scheduled for September 22. The event, titled "Modi & US' Progress Together," will be held at the Nassau Veterans Memorial Coliseum in Uniondale, Long Island, which has a seating capacity of 15,000.
