85 per cent of Journalist killings Go Unpunished

Each year, journalists face escalating dangers in conflict regions, risking their lives to deliver truth to the world. From war zones to repressive governments, these media workers encounter increasing hostility, silencing efforts, and, tragically, death. The latest report by UNESCO underscores the shocking toll. Between 2006 and 2024, over 1,700 journalists were killed. Justice prevailed in only 15% of cases. https://indianf.com/frontlines-journalists-conflict-risks/
