Worse location ever. I went in there on a hot July afternoon. I was in the middle of moving and needed two wall unit Air Conditioners. I walked in with my brother and right behind me was a Caucasian man and a younger Caucasian woman. I mean they were directly behind us. There were about 6 salespersons standing in the doorway.

on 01/13/2016 01:03amI came in to purchase a bundle offer with their holiday store hours extended until 11pm. I entered the store at about half hour before closing but the place was pretty much getting ready to close anyway. I approached one of the sales associates s there for help for help finding the bundle so I could checkout immediately.
Hard to find employee for help when it comes to low value products. Employees get commission for products sold so when looking for something of low value like headphones you'll have a hard time finding an employee who wants to help.

Barely getting it done. Customer service thinks it's acceptable to have someone spend an entire business day waiting for a washer repair technician. Time frame to wait 8am-3pm. They make the cable guy look efficient. I would not buy appliances from them again.
hate the bargaining atmosphere what else can you say . I do not like commission based business where the best haggler gets the best prices
