on 11/03/2015 11:55pmI just had an incredibly disappointing experience with the delivery service a few weeks ago that pretty much ensures I will not be purchasing large appliances from this store going forward. On Thursday, July 2, I was supposed to receive delivery of an air conditioner. At PC Richards, you can only schedule the delivery date beforehand and you are told to call the store the morning of your delivery day to receive a window of time for the delivery to occur.
I ordered for a NEW Samsung Tab A as shown in the website but they shipped me a USED Tablet . When I tried to called Customer Service they are rude and hang up the call with no reason .
