At every point in the process, they FAILED! Yes, they will use there own repair people, but you will wait longer! Need an appointment within a week? Not gonna happen. Parts will take 4-5 business days after the initial visit(which they said)-NOPE. Need an appointment time window (morning or afternoon?) NOT HAPPENING

Went back to exchange, when for the first time, I had heard they don't take returns on game systems. Unreal, worst store for ANY product they sell. Best buy would have given me a 2 year warranty with no worries. This place should either close down or stop carrying gamer systems. It's clear that customer service doesn't exist here. Also manager was a four eyed piece of garbage. Told me to ask Mr Richa

Was looking for a good router that was easy to set up at the same time. So i decided to ask an employee for help to see which one was the best. Turns out he told me the buy the world's worst rated linksys router.

After contacting their corporate office, I was able to get a full refund. It's a shame, because had the store just refunded me to begin with, I most likely would have continued the purchase through them.
