I was told by goof proof this was normal wear and tear and is not covered I called the store they told me it's covered under manufacture and they were sending out a tech. when I called to find out when the tech was coming they have no record of my complaint. on 01/23/2016 01:20amPurchased a couch in November. Moved into our new place in December and had the couch delivered. Upon delivery I witnessed the "delivery experts" drop both sections of my couch on the ground from the top of a large truck. It was clearly designed for deliveries to a loading dock, and not offloading furniture. I inspected the couch to discover a rip in the fabric.
