on 01/14/2016 04:09amI submitted my photos and invoice by email within 3 day after filling my claim, got a reply 6 days later saying they received my documents. Have waited for another 2 weeks still no phone or nor email, called them again to ask for the status, they said they will call me back. Again, waited for another 4 week, still no phone call or email. My conclusion is, I have wasted $69.99 + tax and all my time to file the claim, photos, and follow up.
