on 01/09/2016 01:19amI ordered a sofa and chair at the beginning of October with a guarantee that the sofa would be delivered before Thanksgiving. Of course now I'm told it wouldn't be until after TG and possibly by mid-December. The store manager was very nice about it, but from everything I read about their other store, the delivery delay maybe part of their strategy -- to get paid first and delay delivery because they don't have the merchandise. It shouldn't take 2 months to deliver a sofa.

on 02/09/2016 03:53amSo I went to Bob's store the other day to look for a bunkbed and computer desk. The experience went well, until delivery time. Turns out some bolts were missing and the bunkbed couldn't be properly installed. The delivery driver/installer had me speak to his manager on the phone, he apologized for the inconvenience and said they will be back the next day between 10-12 to finish installation. While putting together the desk, one of the corners is severely damaged.

on 02/25/2016 01:51amI felt like the customer service was very poor and not a lot of attention to detail was taken. We looked back and he was on the floor ready for the next bait. I love Bob's Furniture because of its product and because we have bought many things from there in the past but the service from Angelo was too pushy, not friendly, and not welcoming at all. He just wanted his sale and to be done with. The following week they didn't even deliver my box spring as promised I had to sleep over a friends home
