"It takes about five or six months to put one of these together, starting with collecting all of the images," said Bart Williams, Executive Director, Early Works Family Museum. Williams says it's been a labor of love putting together the 3rd installment of the patriot's mosaic. "There are 1296 images of veterans and each of them has a story, and that's what's so incredible about this," said Williams. With hundreds ofpictures, means hundreds of hours to piece the mosaic together. "I don't know, 500-600 hours, something like that, said Williams. "A lot of times that picture is a Vietnam Veteran picture, WWI, WWII, and digital photography was not available. So there is a lot of scanning involved in these pictures, re-sizing, redoing the color on the pictures is a big part of the process."
