With so many options on the market place - such as Internet calls and mobile phones - it has often been touted that the home phone is on the fall. Whilst it may be true that the number of households without a traditional landline connection may be increasing they are still the small minority, meaning that a working home phone is still a must have for most UK consumers.

With so many alternatives on the market place - such as Internet phone calls and mobile phones - it has often been touted that the home phone is on the way out. Whilst it may be right that the number of households without a traditional home phone connection may be increasing they are still the tiny minority, meaning that a working landline is still a must have for most UK consumers.
