In Phase 2 of Six Pack Shortcuts course, we concentrate on total body fat loss. Obviously, much of the fat lost is going to be in your abdominal area, and this can later help with your objective of getting ab definition. On this Phase, you'll begin doing more high intensity cardio exercise designed to speed up fat loss and build functional strength. Additionally , you will be reducing your rest times when doing weight training, so as to achieve an aerobic exercise effect and burn more calories and fat. Finally, we'll be focusing on eating three healthy pre-prepared meals each day on this Phase.
