Rajamouli’s Magic Wand Waves Over ‘Kanguva’

In the context of ‘Kanguva’, we have often heard SS Rajamouli’s name being invoked. Why? Director Siva is a fan of Rajamouli’s filmography. He admires not just the ‘Baahubali’ Rajamouli but also the ‘Vikramarkudu’ Rajamouli.

In his promotional speeches for the Telugu version of ‘Kanguva’, Siva has sincerely invoked the celebrated Tollywood director. Recently, Siva said that it was Rajamouli’s imagination that inspired him to make a big-scale action fantasy film like ‘Kanguva’.

At yesterday’s Vizag event, it was producer KE Gnanavelraja’s turn to shower a panegyric on the ‘RRR’ maker. He said, “I dedicate 50% of the film to the Telugu audience and the rest to my guru, Rajamouli.”

It is indeed a proud moment for the Telugu film fandom that Rajamouli’s name has been used for promoting a gigantic Tamil film that is billed to become a bigger hit than ‘Vikram’, ‘Jailer’ and other massive hits.

‘Kanguva’ stars Suriya, Bobby Deol, Disha Patani and others. Its music is by Devi Sri Prasad. The film will arrive at the cinemas on November 14th.
