Intraday trade: Pakistani rupee up by 7 paisa against US dollar

The Pakistani rupee (PKR) showed a slight improvement against the US dollar (USD) appreciating by 0.03 per cent during early trading hours in the inter-bank market on Thursday. In the morning, the currency stood at Rs277.72, a gain of 7 paisa against the US dollar. During the current fiscal year, the PKR has appreciated by 54.89 paisa, or 0.20 per cent, against the USD.
