Sunday weather: dry skies, dusty plains, and coastal showers

Most parts of the country are expected to stay dry today, predicts Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD). However, strong and dusty winds will be stirring up in the afternoon, especially across the plains of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Punjab. Meanwhile, the coastal areas of Sindh could see thundershowers, bringing a splash of drama to the otherwise hot and dry day. Going region by region, the PMD says that in Islamabad, weather is likely to stay dry, with the possibility of gusty winds
