Dengue virus continues to spread, 1400 cases reported in KP

Dengue continues to rise in Pakistan at an alarming rate, with 73 people diagnosed with the virus in the last 24 hours, according to a statement by the Health Department on Sunday.  With the newest batch of cases, the total is now at 1400 in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, with 593 active cases in the region. There have been two deaths due to the virus in KP, according to the Health Department. The Health Department stated that 456 cases were reported in Peshawar, 148 in Abbottabad, and 116 in Han
