Those that are planning to place the router right near to the printer may not want the wireless functionality since a brief Ethernet cable can be used instead. Most wireless printers have an Ethernet jack so people have a choice to plug it in if it's going to remain stationary. Since the Wi-Fi options can be activated everytime, unplugging the Ethernet link with move it to another place truly a huge setback. It is always good to offer different connectivity option and also the wireless Internet feature should complete the same task.
