According to the first federal uniform definition of bullying released by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and Department of Education, bullying includes elements of “unwanted aggressive behavior; observed or perceived power imbalance; and repetition of behaviors or high likelihood of repetition.” The definition further suggested that bullying is of different types.
